As I left cold wet Northumberland the mist hung over the Cheviots Hills shrouding them in mystery.
The beginning of my long trek to Aberdeen for the first stop of the Access Consciousness UK Road Trip 2020.
The morning of the event there was a fine mist in the cold air. The sparkle of the fairy lights still on the Christmas trees from Scottish Hogmanay added to the magic of the stunning hotel.
As the first people came into the room the thrill of possibilities was palpable.
Throughout the day strangers became friends and busy minds were eased.
People marvelled at the changes that they had never conceived possible in just 60 minutes of having their Access Bars run.
To illustrate this have a look at this lovely video interview.
The day drew to a close with Julia Sotas, an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator, joining us via video conference. She talked about judgments and invited us to a different way of being in the world.
Thank you to my hosts for your warm welcome, kindness, and hospitality.
